Parador de Manzanares

Estate with beatiful gardens of La Mancha character

This hotel is located on a La Mancha-style estate in the town of Manzanares, between three of the most beautiful natural parks in the country: Cabañeros, lñas Lagunas de Ruidera and las Tablas de Daimal Natural Parks. Trees, bushes, gardens, and plants impregnate this place with greenery, and with its swimming pool make for a very appetising setting within the La Mancha countryside.

The public spaces and the rooms of the hotel contain wooden furniture, leather chairs and forged wall lights which contribute to the affable and cosy atmosphere. And located in the Rotonda hall, the new Azafrán restaurant offers an attractive buffet with food cooked in front of the customer, where you can enjoy migas del pastor (shepherd’s style breadcrumbs), La Mancha suckling lamb shoulder, cod tiznao and pisto manchego (fried mixed vegetables).
