In order to promote and publicize the foundations of a good diet based on our traditions and locally available foods, Paradores has created a new offer for children.
This menu is intended to introduce the youngest members of the family to the virtues of the Mediterranean diet, which was declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO last year. The Mediterranean diet is a lifestyle based on fresh, local foods, recipes and cooking methods from each area handed down from parents to children, shared meals, celebrations and traditions. All of this, together with a moderate amount of daily physical activity, constitutes a lifestyle which scientific evidence has shown to be good for the health.
Each of these set menus is made up of one dish of the child's choice, one dessert and one beverage, for the price of €14 (VAT included). These dishes will be Pasta and Grains; White and Blue Fish; Beef, Pork and Poultry; and Vegetables, Garden Produce and Legumes. In addition, so that everyone can enjoy our cuisine without having to sacrifice anything, our offerings also include gluten-free options. .
