Expansion and improvement

In constant evolution

Paradores de Turismo faces is greatest growth stage since the sixties, which will mean reaching 100 establishments in the next years. Currently an extension of the network by 14 Paradores is predicted, five of which are under construction with another nine in the planning stage. At the same time, the network is developing an ambitious improvements plan which will allow for the complete or partial renovation of many establishments.

Parador de Veruela

Five Paradores are currently under construction: Lorca, Morella, Corias, Veruela and Ibiza.

Parador de Muxía

Nine future Paradores are currently in the architectural planning stage: They will be located in Muxia, Villablino, Cadiz, Estella, Badajoz, Lleida, Molina de Aragón, Béjar and Alcalá la Real. 

Improvement of the network

Parador de LeónThe 2009-2012 Strategic Plan of Paradores establishes an investment, over the next four years, of 168.9 million euros to modernise 19 paradores and the Lodging House of Alcalá de Henares.
