One of the characteristic features of the Paradores gastronomic range is the morning buffet. A balanced breakfast is synonymous with health and energy.
This is why we have designed a varied range including all sorts of dairy products, cereals, fruit, hot dishes,juices and pastries... to cover all your needs in the first meal of the day which you can enjoy in the breakfast buffet or in your own room.
The buffet breakfast range of the Aiguablava Parador is made up of108 carefully selected products and dishes distributed in six areas.
It starts out with a wide variety of juices, fresh fruit and varied salads, where you can pick and mix to make up your own, as well as a full range of top quality pastries, jams and marmalades.
The second area is dedicated to presentation of charcuterie and cheeses from the Baix Empordà area, such as the renowned Black and White Bull, and a selection of different Iberian sausages and cold meats.
Next up is a varied range of different egg dishes: poached with tomato sauce, fried, scrambled, boiled and a succulent potato, vegetable or asparagus omelette. There are three different hot plate options, such as black pudding stuffed with rice and chafaina lamb stew, Iberian pork loin with red peppers and small spicy fried chorizos.
In fifth place, you can find a splendid presentation of smoked delicacies (salmon, codfish, tuna and the famous L´Escala anchovy), along with our special bread varieties: rustic pagès, white ciabatta, English style and two types of wholemeal loaf.
We finish off with our dietetic buffet, where you will find all type of cereals, soy milk, dried fruit and nuts, teas, milkshakes, pastries, jams, preserves and fruits selected with a low sugar level.
